这个 Docker 镜像创建于 Uvicorn 还不支持管理与重启失效 workers 的时期，那时需要用 Gunicorn 搭配 Uvicorn，这引入了不少复杂度，只是为了让 Gunicorn 管理并重启 Uvicorn 的 worker 进程。
