- Scheduler skips NodeAffinity Score plugin when NodeAffinity Score plugin has nothing to do with a Pod.

- The Scheduler did not run the plugin Score method when its PreScore method returned a Skip status. In other words, the PreScore/Score plugin could return a Skip status in PreScore if the plugin did nothing in Score for that Pod.
