### CORSプリフライトリクエスト

これらは、 `Origin` ヘッダーと `Access-Control-Request-Method` ヘッダーを持つ `OPTIONS` リクエストです。

この場合、ミドルウェアはリクエストを横取りし、適切なCORSヘッダーと共に情報提供のために `200` または `400` のレスポンスを返します。
