## Overview

MinIO supports two storage classes, Reduced Redundancy class and Standard class. These classes can be defined using environment variables

# Custom Response Classes - File, HTML, Redirect, Streaming, etc.

There are several custom response classes you can use to create an instance and return them directly from your *path operations*.

You can import them directly from `fastapi.responses`:

### Path operation 関数

*path operation 関数*を `async def` の代わりに通常の `def` で宣言すると、(サーバーをブロックするので) 直接呼び出す代わりに外部スレッドプール (awaitされる) で実行されます。

For those cases, you can use a `Response` parameter.

## Use a `Response` parameter { #use-a-response-parameter }

You can declare a parameter of type `Response` in your *path operation function* (as you can do for cookies and headers).

And then you can set the `status_code` in that *temporal* response object.

This document explains how to setup Prometheus and configure it to scrape data from MinIO servers.

## Prerequisites

Follow below steps to get started with MinIO monitoring using Prometheus.

### 1. Download Prometheus

# Blocking vs Non-blocking

The default behavior of the ring buffer is non-blocking, 
meaning that reads and writes will return immediately with an error if the operation cannot be completed.
If you want to block when reading or writing, you must enable it:
