## Publish MinIO events via Webhooks

[Webhooks](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webhook) are a way to receive information when it happens, rather than continually polling for that data.

An alternative implementation of the `CronJob` controller is now available as an alpha feature in this release, which has experimental performance improvement by using informers instead of polling.
