    * Custom apiservers built with the latest apiserver library will have the 100MB limit on the body of resource requests as well. The limit can be altered via ServerRunOptions.MaxRequestBodyBytes.

### PID Limits graduates to General Availability

PID Limits features are now generally available on both `SupportNodePidsLimit` (node-to-pod PID isolation) and `SupportPodPidsLimit` (ability to limit PIDs per pod), after being enabled-by-default in beta stage for a year.

The shift operators implement arithmetic shifts if the left operand is a signed
integer and logical shifts if it is an unsigned integer.
There is no upper limit on the shift count. Shifts behave
as if the left operand is shifted <code>n</code> times by 1 for a shift
count of <code>n</code>.
As a result, <code>x &lt;&lt; 1</code> is the same as <code>x*2</code>

- When feature gate `JobTrackingWithFinalizers` is enabled:
  - Limit the number of Pods tracked in a single Job sync to avoid starvation of small Jobs.
