* currently carrying zero streams is an idle stream. We keep it alive because reusing an existing * connection is typically faster than establishing a new one. * * When a single logical call requires multiple streams due to redirects or authorization * challenges, we prefer to use the same physical connection for all streams in the sequence. There * are potential performance and behavior consequences to this preference. To support this feature,

docs/compression/README.md
Compression happens inflight, i.e objects are compressed before being written to disk(s). MinIO uses [`klauspost/compress/s2`](https://github.com/klauspost/compress/tree/master/s2) streaming compression due to its stability and performance. This algorithm is specifically optimized for machine generated content. Write throughput is typically at least 500MB/s per CPU core, and scales with the number of available CPU cores.

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.2.md
* Deployment was Alpha in 1.1 (though it had apiVersion extensions/v1beta1) and was disabled by default. Due to some non-backward-compatible API changes, any Deployment objects you created in 1.1 won’t work with in the 1.2 release.
