docs/en/docs/advanced/generate-clients.md
# Generating SDKs { #generating-sdks } Because **FastAPI** is based on the **OpenAPI** specification, its APIs can be described in a standard format that many tools understand. This makes it easy to generate up-to-date **documentation**, client libraries (<abbr title="Software Development Kits">**SDKs**</abbr>) in multiple languages, and **testing** or **automation workflows** that stay in sync with your code.Registered: Sun Sep 07 07:19:17 UTC 2025 - Last Modified: Sun Aug 31 09:15:41 UTC 2025 - 10.1K bytes - Viewed (1) -
docs/es/docs/how-to/custom-request-and-route.md

We can declare a `UserBase` model that serves as a base for our other models. And then we can make subclasses of that model that inherit its attributes (type declarations, validation, etc). All the data conversion, validation, documentation, etc. will still work as normally. That way, we can declare just the differences between the models (with plaintext `password`, with `hashed_password` and without password):
