     * **Okio dependency added.** OkHttp now depends on
[Okio](https://github.com/square/okio), an I/O library that makes it easier
to access, store and process data. Using this library internally makes OkHttp
faster while consuming less memory. You can write a `RequestBody` as an Okio
        `BufferedSink` and a `ResponseBody` as an Okio `BufferedSource`. Standard
`InputStream` and `OutputStream` access is also available.

        receiving stream to process it.

This change may increase OkHttp's memory use for applications that make many concurrent HTTP
calls and that can receive data faster than they can process it. Previously, OkHttp limited
HTTP/2 to 16 MiB of unacknowledged data per connection. With this fix there is a limit of 16 MiB
of unacknowledged data per stream and no per-connection limit.

Still, in both situations, chances are that **FastAPI** will [still be faster](index.md#performance){.internal-link target=_blank} than (or at least comparable to) your previous framework.

    - Pod status updates faster when reacting on probe results. The first readiness probe will be called faster when startup probes succeeded, which will make Pod status as ready faster. ([#98376](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/98376), [@matthyx](https://github.com/matthyx))

     * worst case time complexity of O(N^2). You are extremely unlikely to hit this quadratic case on
     * randomly ordered data (the probability decreases faster than exponentially in N), but if you are
     * passing in unsanitized user data then a malicious user could force it. A light shuffle of the
     * data using an unpredictable seed should normally be enough to thwart this attack.
