### API Change

   * only [Proxy.NO_PROXY]. This comes up in several situations:
   *
   * * If neither a proxy nor proxy selector is configured.
   * * If the proxy is configured explicitly as [Proxy.NO_PROXY].
   * * If the proxy selector returns only [Proxy.NO_PROXY].
   * * If the proxy selector returns an empty list or null.
   *
   * Otherwise it lists the proxies in the order they will be attempted.
   *

is evaluated the oldObject and newObject that would be sent to the webhook, and is considered to match if either object matches the selector. A null object (oldObject in the case of create, or newObject in the case of delete) or an object that cannot have labels (like a DeploymentRollback or a PodProxyOptions object) is not considered to match.
