# Static Files - `StaticFiles`

You can use the `StaticFiles` class to serve static files, like JavaScript, CSS, images, etc.

You can import it directly from `fastapi.staticfiles`:

The same models are shared among requests, so, it's not one model per request, or one per user or something similar.

Let's imagine that loading the model can **take quite some time**, because it has to read a lot of **data from disk**. So you don't want to do it for every request.

When a plugin has a complete and valid configuration, the plugin would be looked up in the Plexus container and be ready to perform any operations requested of it.
