<p>
Labels are declared by <a href="#Labeled_statements">labeled statements</a> and are
used in the <a href="#Break_statements">"break"</a>,
<a href="#Continue_statements">"continue"</a>, and
<a href="#Goto_statements">"goto"</a> statements.
It is illegal to define a label that is never used.
In contrast to other identifiers, labels are not block scoped and do

- Reminder: The labels "failure-domain.beta.kubernetes.io/zone" and "failure-domain.beta.kubernetes.io/region" are deprecated in favor of "topology.kubernetes.io/zone" and "topology.kubernetes.io/region" respectively.  *  Fix: `FormEncodingBuilder` is now consistent with browsers in which
    characters it escapes. Previously we weren’t percent-encoding commas,
    parens, and other characters.

 *  Fix: Timeouts throw `SocketTimeoutException`, not `InterruptedIOException`.
