## Prerequisites

To get started with MinIO, refer [MinIO QuickStart Document](https://docs.min.io/community/minio-object-store/operations/deployments/baremetal-deploy-minio-on-redhat-linux.html).
Follow below steps to get started with MinIO monitoring using Prometheus.

### 1. Download Prometheus

[Download the latest release](https://prometheus.io/download) of Prometheus for your platform, then extract it

When referring to the remote machine, it's common to call it **server**, but also **machine**, **VM** (virtual machine), **node**. Those all refer to some type of remote machine, normally running Linux, where you run programs.

## Install the Server Program { #install-the-server-program }

When you install FastAPI, it comes with a production server, Uvicorn, and you can start it with the `fastapi run` command.

Al referirse a la máquina remota, es común llamarla **servidor**, pero también **máquina**, **VM** (máquina virtual), **nodo**. Todos esos se refieren a algún tipo de máquina remota, generalmente con Linux, donde ejecutas programas.

## Instala el Programa del Servidor { #install-the-server-program }

These test tasks can use the `--tests`, `--info`, and `--debug` parameters just like
non-OS tests can. For example:

有個命名上的小細節請留意。💡

「server（伺服器）」一詞常同時用來指遠端／雲端電腦（實體或虛擬機器），也用來指在該機器上執行的程式（例如 Uvicorn）。

因此看到「server」時，文意可能指這兩者之一。
