This PR allows setting the (mostly new) parameters (additionally to the already existing parameters):

* `default_response_class`: updated to handle defaults in `APIRouter` and `FastAPI`.
* `deprecated`: to mark all the *path operations* in a router as deprecated in OpenAPI.
* `include_in_schema`: to allow disabling all the *path operations* from showing in the OpenAPI schema.

kube-controller manager now use SO_REUSEPORT socket option when listening on address defined by --bind-address and --secure-port flags, when running on Unix systems (Windows is NOT supported). This allows to run multiple instances of those processes on a single host with the same configuration, which allows to update/restart them in a graceful way, without causing downtime. This protects against accidental overwrites or deletes of objects, allows previous versions to be retrieved.

When you DELETE an object, all versions remain in the bucket and MinIO adds a delete marker, as shown below:

As a result, while we meet our two must-haves (send and accept traffic throughout the entire pod lifetime), we do not have an optimal solution here yet.
Alternatively, we could send the GOAWAY prior to the pod termination (assuming this allows existing and new connections to function still).
