With this patch, the external provisioner can remove the finalizer in next reconcile loop. Unfortunately if the provious existing pv has the Failed state, this patch won't take effort. Ao invés disso, sendo um sistema "assíncrono", uma vez finalizada, a tarefa pode esperar na fila um pouco (alguns microssegundos) para que o computador / programa finalize o que quer que esteja fazendo, e então volte para pegar o resultado e continue trabalhando com ele.
