## FastAPI People PRs

Every month, a GitHub Action updates the FastAPI People data. Those PRs look like this one: [👥 Update FastAPI People](https://github.com/fastapi/fastapi/pull/11669).

If the tests are passing, you can merge it right away.

### License Headers

We require license headers on all Java files. With the exception of the
top-level `x-pack` directory, all contributed code should have the following

- Deprecate the default service IP CIDR. The previous default was `10.0.0.0/24` which will be removed in 6 months/2 releases. Cluster admins must specify their own desired value, by using `--service-cluster-ip-range` on kube-apiserver.
