doc/godebug.md
starting in Go 1.21, a main package's source files can include one or more `//go:debug` directives at the top of the file (preceding the `package` statement). The `godebug` lines in the previous example would be written: //go:debug default=go1.21 //go:debug panicnil=1 //go:debug asynctimerchan=0 Starting in Go 1.21, the Go toolchain treats a `//go:debug` directive with an unrecognized GODEBUG setting as an invalid program.

characters. * New: Accept a charset in `FormBody.Builder`. Previously form bodies were always UTF-8. * New: Support the `immutable` cache-control directive. * Fix: Don't crash when an HTTP/2 call is redirected while the connection is being shut down. * Fix: Don't drop headers of healthy streams that raced with `GOAWAY` frames.

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.20.md
When we switched to go-runner for building the apiserver, controller-manager, and scheduler server components, we no longer reference the individual architectures in the image names, specifically in the 'FROM' directive of the server image Dockerfiles. As a result, server images for non-amd64 images copy in the go-runner amd64 binary instead of the go-runner that matches that architecture.
