## Motivations

FastAPIは、`= None`があるおかげで、`q`がオプショナルだとわかります。

`Optional[str]` の`Optional` はFastAPIでは使用されていません（FastAPIは`str`の部分のみ使用します）。しかし、`Optional[str]` はエディタがコードのエラーを見つけるのを助けてくれます。
