If your CL addresses an accepted proposal, mention the proposal issue number in
your release note in the form `/issue/NUMBER`. A link to the issue in the text
will have this form (see below). If you don't want to mention the issue in the
text, add it as a comment:

If an accepted proposal is mentioned in a CL but not in the release notes, it will be

Data from forms is normally encoded using the "media type" `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`.

But when the form includes files, it is encoded as `multipart/form-data`. You'll read about handling files in the next chapter.

# Templates { #templates }

You can use any template engine you want with **FastAPI**.

A common choice is Jinja2, the same one used by Flask and other tools.

There are utilities to configure it easily that you can use directly in your **FastAPI** application (provided by Starlette).

## Install dependencies { #install-dependencies }

We'll explain everything via an example. Let's say you make some changes on your branch `myTestBranch`
(we highly recommend to name this branch without prefix and hyphen (`-`) because it's used to generate build type ID) and want to
test these changes without affecting `master`/`release` pipeline. Here are the instructions.
