Resumindo, para aplicar atualizações parciais você deveria:

* (Opcionalmente) usar `PATCH` em vez de `PUT`.
* Recuperar os dados armazenados.
* Colocar esses dados em um modelo do Pydantic.
* Gerar um `dict` sem valores padrão a partir do modelo de entrada (usando `exclude_unset`).
