4. ci/official/requirements_updater/README.md

most of the command line arguments and features supported by those tools will be
acknowledged by the Bazel requirements updater command as well. For example, if
you wish the updater to consider pre-release versions simply pass `--pre`
argument to the bazel command:

```
bazel run //ci/official/requirements_updater:requirements.update --repo_env=HERMETIC_PYTHON_VERSION=3.12 -- --pre
```

* projects with longer dependency chains are built first. When projects have
* the same weight, they are ordered by project ID for deterministic results.
*
*
Example:
*
Consider projects with dependencies: A → B → D, A → C → D
*

*
Project D: weight = 1 (no downstream dependencies)

*
Project B: weight = 2 (1 + max(D=1))

*
Project C: weight = 2 (1 + max(D=1))

9. docs/contribute/concurrency.md

nothing available, we need to hold that thread until either the bytes arrive, the stream is closed, or a timeout elapses. If we get bytes but there's nobody asking for them, we buffer them. We don't consider bytes as delivered for flow control until they're consumed by the application.

Consider an application streaming a video over http/2. Perhaps the user pauses the video and the application stops reading bytes from this stream. The buffer will fill up, and flow control prevents the server...
