Caching
=======

OkHttp implements an optional, off by default, Cache. OkHttp aims for RFC correct and
pragmatic caching behaviour, following common real-world browser like Firefox/Chrome and
server behaviour when ambiguous.

When a browser reconnects after a connection drop, it sends the last received `id` in the `Last-Event-ID` header.

You can read it as a header parameter and use it to resume the stream from where the client left off:

## SSE with POST { #sse-with-post }

SSE works with **any HTTP method**, not just `GET`.
