## Dependencies with `yield`, `HTTPException`, `except` and Background Tasks { #dependencies-with-yield-httpexception-except-and-background-tasks }

These details are useful mainly if you had a FastAPI application older than 0.121.0 and you are facing issues with dependencies with `yield`.

As all these methods are `async` methods, you need to "await" them.

For example, inside of an `async` *path operation function* you can get the contents with:

MinIO server allows to throttle incoming requests:

- limit the number of active requests allowed across the cluster
- limit the wait duration for each request in the queue

These values are enabled using server's configuration or environment variables.
