FastAPI CLI を *CLI オプション* `--forwarded-allow-ips` 付きで起動し、転送ヘッダーを信頼して読んでよい IP アドレスを指定できます。

`--forwarded-allow-ips="*"` とすると、すべての送信元 IP を信頼します。
