Here's what to keep in mind and how to review a pull request:

### Understand the problem { #understand-the-problem }

* First, make sure you **understand the problem** that the pull request is trying to solve. It might have a longer discussion in a GitHub Discussion or issue.

* There's also a good chance that the pull request is not actually needed because the problem can be solved in a **different way**. Then you can suggest or ask about that.

* The process can be **terminated** (or "killed") by you, or by the operating system. At that point, it stops running/being executed, and it can **no longer do things**.
* Each application that you have running on your computer has some process behind it, each running program, each window, etc. And there are normally many processes running **at the same time** while a computer is on.
