upgrading OkHttp. With this change it is now a regular Java class with
    enum-like constants. Application code that uses enum methods on cipher
    suites (`ordinal()`, `name()`, etc.) will break with this change.

 *  Fix: `CertificatePinner` now matches canonicalized hostnames. Previously
    this was case sensitive. This change should also make it easier to configure

### SIG-ibmcloud

As a newly created SIG, the SIG-ibmcloud has mainly focused on SIG set up, sharing IBM Clouds ongoing Kubernetes work like scalability tests, Kubernetes upgrade strategy etc. with the SIG members and start working on processes to move cloud provider code to a public GitHub repo.

no longer available. Kubernetes now only uses the _structured parameters_ model (also alpha) for allocating dynamic resources to Pods.

- Kubeadm: Graduated the kubeadm-specific feature gate `ControlPlaneKubeletLocalMode` to GA and locked it to enabled by default. Deprecated the subphase of `kubeadm join phase control-plane-join` called `etcd`, which is now hidden and replaced by subphase with identical functionality `etcd-join`. The `etcd` subphase will be removed in a future release....
