This container branches off from
/tensorflow/tools/tf_sig_build_dockerfiles/. However, since
hermetic CUDA and hermetic Python is now available for Tensorflow, a lot of the
requirements installed on the original container can be removed to reduce the
footprint of the container and make it more reusable across different ML

OkHttp 4.x upgrades our implementation language from Java to Kotlin and keeps everything else the
same. We’ve chosen Kotlin because it gives us powerful new capabilities while integrating closely
with Java.

We spent a lot of time and energy on retaining strict compatibility with OkHttp 3.x. We’re even
keeping the package name the same: `okhttp3`!

There are three kinds of compatibility we’re tracking:

It won't do any data conversion with Pydantic models, it won't convert the contents to any type, etc.

This gives you a lot of **flexibility**. You can return any data type, override any data declaration or validation, etc.

It also gives you a lot of **responsibility**. You have to make sure that the data you return is correct, in the correct format, that it can be serialized, etc.

So, to balance that out, imagine the following short story:
