Gradle, Inc runs a set of remote build cache nodes to speed up local builds when developing Gradle. By default, the build is [configured](https://github.com/gradle/gradle-org-conventions-plugin#what-it-does) to use the build cache node in the EU region.

### Advantages of `Annotated` { #advantages-of-annotated }

**Using `Annotated` is recommended** instead of the default value in function parameters, it is **better** for multiple reasons. 🤓

The **default** value of the **function parameter** is the **actual default** value, that's more intuitive with Python in general. 😌
