Because our packaging tests are capable of testing many combinations of OS

efforts, take the wrong approach to solving a problem, or solve a problem which
does not need solving. An up-front discussion often saves a good deal of wasted
time in these cases.

We normally immediately reject isolated PRs that only perform simple
refactorings or otherwise "tidy up" certain aspects of the code. We think the
benefits of this kind of change are very small, and in our experience it is not

- The deprecated taints `node.alpha.kubernetes.io/notReady` and `node.alpha.kubernetes.io/unreachable` are no longer supported or adjusted. These uses should be replaced with `node.kubernetes.io/not-ready` and `node.kubernetes.io/unreachable`

*   Taint key `unreachable` is now in GA.
*   Taint key `notReady` is changed to `not-ready`, and is also now in GA.
*   These changes are automatically updated for taints. Tolerations for these taints must be updated manually. Specifically, you must:
