- K8s.io/apimachinery/pkg/util/runtime: Added support for new calls to handle panics and errors in the context where they occur. `PanicHandlers` and `ErrorHandlers` now must accept a context parameter for that. This means that now, if you set a value in a context variable before `yield`, the value would still be available after `yield` (as you would intuitively expect). And it also means that you can reset the context variable with a token afterwards.

For example, this works correctly now:

* HTTP transport now uses `context.Context` to cancel dial operations. k8s.io/client-go/transport/Config struct has been updated to accept a function with a `context.Context` parameter.
