    This helps prevent "split brain" scenarios in clustered applications by
    ensuring that unreachable pods will not be presumed dead unless some
    "fencing" operation has provided one of the above indications.

**Note**: You probably don't need `contextvars`, and you should probably avoid using them. But they are powerful and useful in some advanced scenarios, for example, migrating from code that used Flask's `g` semi-global variable.

SIG-OpenStack continued to build out testing, with eleven acceptance tests covering a wide-range of scenarios and use-cases. During the 1.11 cycle our reporting back to test-grid has qualified the OpenStack cloud provider as a gating job for the Kubernetes release.

Network programming latency may be significantly reduced in certain scenarios, especially in clusters with a large number of Services.         worse performance in others - see docstring). The option also allows to
        use `padding=same`.
