the first refers to the virtual stack pointer pseudo-register,
while the second refers to the
hardware's <code>SP</code> register.

On machines where <code>SP</code> and <code>PC</code> are
traditionally aliases for a physical, numbered register,
in the Go assembler the names <code>SP</code> and <code>PC</code>
are still treated specially;
for instance, references to <code>SP</code> require a symbol,
much like <code>FP</code>.

    * Introduced API `tf.saved_model.experimental.read_fingerprint(export_dir)` for reading the fingerprint of a SavedModel.
* `tf.random`
  * Added non-experimental aliases for `tf.random.split` and `tf.random.fold_in`, the experimental endpoints are still available so no code changes are necessary.

    Instead of aliasing. Aliases are annoying in a number of ways. This is
    specifically bugging me now because they make the action graph harder to
    analyze programmatically. By using aliases here, we would need to handle
    potentially aliased go_binary targets and dereference to the effective
    target.
