`tf.keras.mixed_precision.experimental.LossScaleOptimizer`, the weights of the `DynanmicLossScale` are copied into the `LossScaleOptimizer` instead of being reused. This means modifying the weights of the `DynamicLossScale` will no longer affect the weights of the LossScaleOptimizer, and vice versa.
