When the _access_ format is used, MinIO appends events to a list using [RPUSH](https://redis.io/commands/rpush). Each item in the list is a JSON encoded list with two items, where the first item is a timestamp string, and the second item is a JSON object containing event data about the operation that happened in the bucket.
