`StringprepTablesReader` into a model that can be used at runtime.

This format is chosen to make it easy to validate that these tables are consistent with the RFC.

Using binary mode to transfer files.

Following example shows how to list an object and download it locally via `ftp` client:

## Test using MinIO Client `mc`

`mc` provides a modern alternative to UNIX commands like ls, cat, cp, mirror, diff etc. It supports filesystems and Amazon S3 compatible cloud storage services. Follow the MinIO Client [Quickstart Guide](https://min.io/docs/minio/linux/reference/minio-mc.html#quickstart) for further instructions.

All files with these extensions and mime types are excluded from compression,
even if compression is enabled for all types.

## To test the setup

To test this setup, practice put calls to the server using `mc` and use `mc ls` on
the data directory to view the size of the object.
