src/cmd/cgo/doc.go
When the cgo directives are parsed, any occurrence of the string ${SRCDIR} will be replaced by the absolute path to the directory containing the source file. This allows pre-compiled static libraries to be included in the package directory and linked properly. For example if package foo is in the directory /go/src/foo: // #cgo LDFLAGS: -L${SRCDIR}/libs -lfoo Will be expanded to: // #cgo LDFLAGS: -L/go/src/foo/libs -lfoo

api/README
The same requirement applies to next/* (described below), which will become a go1.XX.txt for XX >= 19. The next/ directory contains the only files intended to be mutated. Each file in that directory contains a list of features that may be added to the next release of Go. The files in this directory only affect the warning output from the go api tool. Each file should be named nnnnn.txt, after the issue number for the accepted proposal.

## For developers Release notes should be added to `next` by editing existing files or creating new files. **Do not add RELNOTE=yes comments in CLs.** Instead, add a file to the CL (or ask the author to do so). At the end of the development cycle, the files will be merged by being concatenated in sorted order by pathname. Files in the directory matching the
