fastapi/security/api_key.py
return api_key class APIKeyHeader(APIKeyBase): """ API key authentication using a header. This defines the name of the header that should be provided in the request with the API key and integrates that into the OpenAPI documentation. It extracts the key value sent in the header automatically and provides it as the dependency result. But it doesn't define how to send that key to the client.

``` !!! info The additional header `WWW-Authenticate` with value `Bearer` we are returning here is also part of the spec. Any HTTP (error) status code 401 "UNAUTHORIZED" is supposed to also return a `WWW-Authenticate` header. In the case of bearer tokens (our case), the value of that header should be `Bearer`. You can actually skip that extra header and it would still work.
* `headers` - A `dict` of strings. * `media_type` - A `str` giving the media type. E.g. `"text/html"`. FastAPI (actually Starlette) will automatically include a Content-Length header. It will also include a Content-Type header, based on the media_type and appending a charset for text types. ```Python hl_lines="1 18" {!../../../docs_src/response_directly/tutorial002.py!} ``` ### `HTMLResponse`
