preserves SEH information from C object files by copying the <code>.pdata</code> and <code>.xdata</code> sections into the final binary. This helps with debugging and profiling binaries using native tools, such as WinDbg. Note that until now, C functions' SEH exception handlers were not being honored, so this change may cause some programs to behave differently.
