**Community Edition**: MinIO community edition is now source-only. Install via `go install github.com/minio/minio@latest`

- master — default target for all changes (new features + bug fixes).  
  If the change should also go to maven-4.0.x, request a backport in the PR.

- maven-3.10.x — target for 3.x changes (new features + bug fixes).  
  If the change should also go to maven-3.9.x, request a backport in the PR.
  maven-3.9.x should receive only serious bug fixes, as it is approaching EOL.

Backports are typically handled by maintainers; 

### Bug or Regression

- Fix a bug in the kube-apiserver where a malformed Service without name can cause high CPU usage.   DRA plugin is the only plugin that meets the criteria of the bug in in-tree, 
  and hence if you have `DynamicResourceAllocation` feature flag enabled,

- Fixed a bug which the scheduler didn't correctly tell plugins Node deletion.
