the scheduler's in-tree plugins now subscribe to specific node events to decide whether to requeue Pods.
  This allows the scheduler to handle cluster events faster with less memory.
  
  Specific node events include updates to taints, tolerations or allocatable.

- E2e framework: the `node-role.kubernetes.io/master` taint has been removed from the default value of `--non-blocking-taints` flag. You may need to set `--non-blocking-taints` explicitly if the cluster to be tested has nodes with the deprecated `node-role.kubernetes.io/master` taint. It had automatic data validation, data serialization and OpenAPI schema generation based on the same type hints in several places.

Estos **type hints** son una nueva sintaxis, desde Python 3.6+, que permite declarar el <abbr title="por ejemplo: str, int, float, bool">tipo</abbr> de una variable.
