previously `TF_Session` has been renamed to `TF_DeprecatedSession`.
*   C API: Renamed `TF_Port` to `TF_Output`.
*   C API: The caller retains ownership of `TF_Tensor` objects provided to

*   Renamed `tf.image.per_image_whitening()` to
