Translation pull requests are made by LLMs guided with prompts designed by the FastAPI team together with the community of native speakers for each supported language.

#### LLM Prompt per Language

* **Inconsistent API surface**: Public APIs with mixed spelling conventions appear less professional and polished
* **Harder for non-native speakers**: Contributors and users for whom English is a second language benefit from a single, consistent convention

However, the Java code we have is not fully annotated, which causes several consequences:
* IDE warnings can be misleading
* Redundant null checks may increase binary size, hurt performance, and increase cognitive load for readers
* Missing null checks may cause NullPointerException
* Bridging with Kotlin code is polluted with platform types
* Some public APIs have incorrect nullability annotations (both overly restrictive and overly permissive)

**Fault Tolerance**: `FaultTolerantClient` wrapper (retry, circuit breaker), `SwitchableHttpClient` for HTTP client fallback
