      by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
      Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
      with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You

    every Contributor for any liability incurred by the Initial
    Developer or such Contributor as a result of any such terms You offer.

    You may create a Larger Work by combining Covered Software with
    other code not governed by the terms of this License and distribute
