This ADR does not specify the owner of this new architecture module. However, as a separate module, it can be assigned ownership independently of the other core services.

OkHttp TLS
==========

Approachable APIs for using TLS.

A [`HeldCertificate`][held_certificate] is a certificate and its private key. Use the
[builder][held_certificate_builder] to create a self-signed certificate that a test server can use
for HTTPS:

As descriptions tend to be long and cover multiple lines, you can declare the *path operation* description in the function <dfn title="a multi-line string as the first expression inside a function (not assigned to any variable) used for documentation">docstring</dfn> and **FastAPI** will read it from there.

You must agree to the terms of [Developer Certificate of Origin](https://developercertificate.org/) by signing off your commits. We automatically verify that all commit messages contain a `Signed-off-by:` line with your email address. We can only accept PRs that have all commits signed off.

If you didn't sign off your commits before creating the pull request, you can fix that after the fact.

**FastAPI** will know that it can use this dependency to define a "security scheme" in the OpenAPI schema (and the automatic API docs).
