API changes
-----------

We make changes to Guava's public [APIs][], including adding new APIs, very
carefully. Because of this, if you're interested in seeing a new feature in
Guava, the best approach is to create an [issue][] (or comment on an existing
issue if there is one) requesting the feature and describing specific use cases
for it.

If we decide to pursue a feature request, it will go through a thorough process

   *   <li>We could change the serialization of this class incompatibly. We have reserved the right
   *       to make such changes to our serialized forms, and we have made them before, usually

- Kubernetes api-server now merges selectors built from matchLabelKeys into the labelSelector of topologySpreadConstraints, 
  aligning Pod Topology Spread with the approach used by Inter-Pod Affinity.
  
  To avoid breaking existing pods that use matchLabelKeys, the current scheduler behavior will be preserved until it is removed in v1.34.
