# Request Files

You can define files to be uploaded by the client using `File`.

    To receive uploaded files, first install <a href="https://github.com/Kludex/python-multipart" class="external-link" target="_blank">`python-multipart`</a>.

    E.g. `pip install python-multipart`.

    This is because uploaded files are sent as "form data".

## Import `File`

Import `File` and `UploadFile` from `fastapi`:

### Step 2: Enable RabbitMQ bucket notification using MinIO client

We will enable bucket event notification to trigger whenever a JPEG image is uploaded or deleted `images` bucket on `myminio` server. Here ARN value is `arn:minio:sqs::1:amqp`. # Request Forms and Files

You can define files and form fields at the same time using `File` and `Form`.
