There are two modules, std and cmd, defined in src/go.mod and
src/cmd/go.mod. When a package outside std or cmd is imported
by a package inside std or cmd, the import path is interpreted
as if it had a "vendor/" prefix. For example, within "crypto/tls",
an import of "golang.org/x/crypto/cryptobyte" resolves to
"vendor/golang.org/x/crypto/cryptobyte". When a package with the
same path is imported from a package outside std or cmd, it will

A GODEBUG setting is a `key=value` pair
that controls the execution of certain parts of a Go program.
The environment variable `GODEBUG`
can hold a comma-separated list of these settings.
For example, if a Go program is running in an environment that contains

	GODEBUG=http2client=0,http2server=0

then that Go program will disable the use of HTTP/2 by default in both

## Reporting a Vulnerability

by the `go` directive in the file's enclosing `go.mod` file, and
by any [`//go:build` constraints](https://pkg.go.dev/cmd/go#hdr-Build_constraints)
in the file.)

For example, it will report a diagnostic for a reference to the
`reflect.TypeFor` function (introduced in go1.22) from a file in a
module whose go.mod file specifies `go 1.21`.
