### Step 1: Add AMQP endpoint to MinIO

The AMQP configuration is located under the sub-system `notify_amqp` top-level key. Create a configuration key-value pair here for your AMQP instance. The key is a name for your AMQP endpoint, and the value is a collection of key-value parameters described in the table below.

`mc admin config set alias/ delay=15.0`. By default the value is `10.0`. This means the scanner will sleep *10x* the time each operation takes.

In most setups this will keep the scanner slow enough to not impact overall system performance. Then change the field `image.tag` in `old_values.yaml` file with MinIO image tag you want to use. Now update the chart using

This chart has the following benefits and differences:
* Designed with Helm best practices in mind (standardized values options, values schema, values are not all nested under `gateways.istio-ingressgateway.*`, release name and namespace taken into account, etc).

[Prometheus](https://prometheus.io) is a cloud-native monitoring platform. Prometheus offers a multi-dimensional data model with time series data identified by metric name and key/value pairs. The data collection happens via a pull model over HTTP/HTTPS. Users looking to monitor their MinIO instances can point Prometheus configuration to scrape data from following endpoints. 

charts unmodified (but validated through a
[schema](pkg/apis/istio/v1alpha1/values_types.proto)). Values.yaml settings
are overridden the same way as the new API, though a customized CR overlaid over default values for the selected
profile. Here's an example of overriding some global level default values ([samples/values-global.yaml](samples/values-global.yaml)):

### Profiles

Istio Helm charts have a concept of a `profile`, which is a bundled collection of value presets.
These can be set with `--set profile=<profile>`.

- if deployed by operator,  `kubectl patch felixconfigurations default --type='json' -p='[{"op": "add", "path": "/spec/workloadSourceSpoofing", "value": "Any"}]'`
- if deployed by manifest, add env `FELIX_WORKLOADSOURCESPOOFING` with value `Any` in `spec.template.spec.containers.env` for daemonset `calico-node`. (This will allow PODs with specified annotation to skip the rpf check. )

### Allowed values for REDUCED_REDUNDANCY storage class

`REDUCED_REDUNDANCY` implies lesser parity than `STANDARD` class. So,`REDUCED_REDUNDANCY` parity drives should be

- Less than N/2, if `STANDARD` parity is not set.
- Less than `STANDARD` Parity, if it is set.

Default value for `REDUCED_REDUNDANCY` storage class is `1`.
