- In the "Open Project" dialogue, choose "Delete Existing Project and Import"
- Revert the Git changes to files in the `.idea` folder

NOTE: Due to the project size, the very first import can take a while and IntelliJ might become unresponsive for several seconds during this period.

Use `pylint` to check your Python changes. To install `pylint` and check a file
with `pylint` against TensorFlow's custom style definition:

```bash
pip install pylint
pylint --rcfile=tensorflow/tools/ci_build/pylintrc myfile.py
```

Note `pylint --rcfile=tensorflow/tools/ci_build/pylintrc` should run from the
top level tensorflow directory.
