Template.`var_scope` property renamed to `.variable_scope` *
SyncReplicasOptimizer is removed and SyncReplicasOptimizerV2 renamed to
SyncReplicasOptimizer. * `tf.zeros_initializer()` and `tf.ones_initializer()`
